Finish Import directs me to setup.php, does not complete

Hi,

I'm finding that the import store location data feature does not complete.  When I click the "Finish Import" button it takes me to setup.php (the file I am supposed to delete after installation).  If I delete setup.php as I am supposed to, the "Finish Import" button results in a 404 error:

The requested URL /lr_v32/setup.php was not found on this server.

Do you have any idea why this might be occurring?

Were you successful in uploading the test data file us_filter.txt with the default upload profile?

I tried that and it worked.

I was missing a location_id field in my CSV.  After adding this field it worked fine.  Thanks!
