Server error

I purchased the store locator a while ago and have just now got around to getting it linked in and adding new stores. I had given my list of stores to chris in January, who loaded them in and now I am trying to go in and add some more stores, one at a time, and I keep getting servers errors site is glaciersoap.com

Can you also edit and save an existing record without an error?
