Hello,
is it possible to show all places on page load. not only after a user types in a city or region and press enter or find.

Yes it can be done but is not recommended because the Google API cannot process large numbers of markers at once. You'll start to see a performance degradation when over 100 markers are being plotted and with larger numbers I've even seen the browser crash. It's also a usability nightmare to cover a map with markers.
The Google API does offer a work around with something called the Marker Manager. This utility groups markers based upon the zoom level of the map, so the closer you zoom in the more markers are revealed.
Since the marker manager is somewhat specific to what you want to accomplish in displaying locations, it is not a part of the LiteRadius package. If you wish to implement something along those lines please contact us to discuss your needs.
