The LiteRadius Support Forum is free to browse but to ask questions you must purchase a LiteRadius license or renew an annual support subscription.
Tech Support subscription renewals are $35/year.
Once your support subscription has been processed you will immediately be able to post questions to the forum. In most cases questions are answered by an Escape Radius technical support representative within one business day.
To renew or puchase a support subscription, log into your support account then select "Profile" from the main menu, then click "Paid Subscriptions". This will enable you to place your subscription order.
